My stay at Ocean Crest Inn and Suites was quite the rollercoaster! The location is fantastic with great ocean views, and the outdoor and indoor pools were nice perks. However, some areas, like the cleanliness, could use serious attention. I had a wonderful encounter with the staff, who were super friendly and really made an effort to help us out, especially after we had a rough start with our original hotel.
